SkyBrief ("the Service") is an AI-powered copilot assistant for VATSIM (Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network) pilots. It provides real-time ATC phraseology, flight briefings, weather information, and training tools.
Important: SkyBrief is a training and assistance tool for virtual aviation only. It must NOT be used for real-world aviation operations.
By accessing or using SkyBrief, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use SkyBrief without an account (Free tier with limitations). To access Pro features, you must authenticate via VATSIM OAuth using your VATSIM account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Free: Basic features, limited AI usage (5 requests/day).
Pro (CHF 9.90/month): Unlimited AI, advanced features, priority support. Includes 7-day free trial.
Lifetime (CHF 99 one-time): All Pro features, forever, including future updates.
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.

SkyBrief accesses publicly available data from the VATSIM network via the official VATSIM Data API. This includes pilot positions, controller frequencies, and ATIS information. SkyBrief is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to VATSIM.
SkyBrief uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate phraseology, chat responses, and flight analysis. AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify ATC instructions and phraseology independently. SkyBrief is not responsible for incorrect AI outputs.
SkyBrief is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: incorrect phraseology, service downtime, data loss, or VATSIM account issues.
SkyBrief, its design, code, and content are owned by the operator. VATSIM data is used under VATSIM's terms. SimBrief data belongs to SimBrief/Navigraph.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified via the app.
